That notion ended when my eldest brother, Norie, introduced us to his new found faith inside the Church of Christ (Iglesia ni Cristo.) That was in 1974 whenI was barely sixteen and about to step college.
Believing in God's words from the Holy Scripture (Bible) that one should search for the Truth in order to be saved, I, together with my parents and sister welcomed the invitation of my brother to attend the Iglesia ni Cristo worship service and we listened to all the biblical doctrines officiated by Bro. Joselito Vertucio who patiently and clearly expounded the Bible through questions and answers read directly from the Bible which were so spiritual, touching our heart and soul; I knew right there and then it's God calling us to the True Fold. After baptism, my family felt we're reborn and blessed.
To the present, we're all steadfast and active in faith including our new families and we'll remain inside the Church till our last breath or till our Lord Jesus Christ comes again to save us on Judgment Day.
I'm so happy to share my experience to everyone because God is so merciful and ever loving to create us so He deserves to be worshipped according to His will, laws and commandments.
