Welcome to "The  Basement." It's pretty quiet at the moment, a perfect place for our favorite duo to unwind after a long day of maticulous sloothing. I'm sure Mulder and Sully wouldn't mind if you stopped in from time to time.  Just don't touch the projector.
Of course,  beside every great man there is a great woman.   In this case, Dana Scully.  Scully, as Mulder calls his petite partner, was assigned to the X-Files to validate Agent Mulder's work in the paranormal, to be an unbiased scientific eye, a counter point to her partner's beliefs demanding hard facts where he somtimes relied on instict and experience.  Trained as a medical doctor, Scully contributes not only a second point of view but also many times contributes her own scientfic analysis of the evidence at hand, which Mulder finds quite helpful given that often the evidence found may not be looked upon favorably and would most likely disappear, if put into the wrong hands.
Agent Mulder is quite sensitive about others handling his equipment.  Things often mysteriously disappear from this room.  Speaking of Agent Mulder, I suppose you should kow a bit about him before rumaging through this office.  Agent Fox Mulder or "Mulder" as he prefers to be called, has worked on the X-files Unit for many years.  Once the pride of the FBI, Mulder discovered a wealth of unsolved cases related to the paranormal labled simply under "X" because of their unusual nature.  He soon discovered that these files also contained information pertaining to UFO abductions.  This is a very personal subject for him.  You see, his younger sister Samantha was abducted by aliens.  No, really,  She was.  In fact, so was his partner, Dana Scully.  Which is why he now works tirelessly to bring justice for those who fell victim to such cruelty.  If I told you more than that, it could compromise their safety.
You'll find many interesting things here.  Hopefully, you'll enjoy your stay.  Have a look around.  Don't drink the water and be careful in front of any windows.
Agents Mulder and Scully's partnership is unmatched among their peers, though they are far from the envy of any.  Their work in the paranormal is often ridicluded and largely ignored, but  the two know the value of their work and carry on  with pride and determination.
