BISECTORS, PERPENDICUALAR, PARALELL

You've probably heard this term before: parallel. Basically parallel can be described with two lines.

Parallel- Two or more lines that are equal distance from all points on the line. The lines also go in the same direction forever.

The terms perpendicular and right angle work hand in hand with one another. For every perpendicular set of lines there exists right angles and vice versa. Also, all perpendicular and right angles measure up to 90 degrees.

This next term might be unfamiliar to you, but the concept is actually quite simple. A bisector can apply to both angles and segments. It is basically a line that cuts either the angle or the segment in half. It is a line that is drawn through the midpoint of a line, or through the vertex of an angle. The illustration explains this far better than words.
