St. Francis of Assisi - An eccentric playboy during the middle-ages gives his life up to completely to God and ends up
bearing the title, "Lover of All Things." |

The following list of saints come from many different sees (Antioch, Alexandria, Rome, Constantinople). While some may disagree
in my citation of St. Francis of Assissi for the reason that he came and lived under the jurisdiction of the Romans (who were at that
time in schism from Antioch, Alexandria, and Constantinople), I feel his life is quite unique, and truly the example of a simple Christian.

St. Moses the Ethiopian - A former bandit abandons his old ways becoming a desert ascetic. He is later murdered while defending the monestary he resided in. St. Moses the Black: Sinner to Ascetic
