How to decode symbols commonly used:

- 1* ("one ass to risk" , a common SWAT and operator term)

- Butterflies ( symbol for UAVs like the predator)

- Triangles (commonly used to make reference of Spec Ops Forces or SWAT teams)

- "Thin Blue line" (a way of life for LE people)

- Shields (implies defense)

- Eagles (implies stregnth and courage)

- Stars (can represent sources of merging info (particularly if there is more than 5 points to the star), or a source of guidence)

- Spade w/ two ties on the stalk: Direct reference to CIA's DO or perhaps the old OSS from WWII.

- Spade w/ three ties on the stalk: direct reference to USSOCOM

- Horse heads or knights from chess (generally reserved for MI battalions)

- Keys (generally reserved for intelligence community)
