1) The judges must read all stories submitted.
2) Judges must fill out as much of the voting slip as they can, and send it to me by the closing date for voting. Write in votes are still allowed, and very much appreciated!
3) It's ok to discuss with other judges, but please, don't base your opinion on theirs, and don't go asking every single judge who they voted for. Also, don't tell the authors who you voted for (no matter how much they bug you about it!) ;) 'cause it spoils the suprise.
4) Remember to have fun- this is a voluntary task, and I love you for doing it, but don't get too stressed out! If you feel you can't handle it, or need some help, just get in touch with me, and I'll try to help however I can!
