The cost for
staying depends on the season. Contact me for current rates and availability.
There is a $35.00
cash cleaning fee due the day of your departure.
There is a $40.00
deposit for the gate opener, as they tend to go home with people for some
reason!
A $200.00 deposit is required upon reservation.
One night cancellation fee.
Balance due before receiving keys and directions.
It's as simple as that!
