What is done in this stage:

PURCHASING

Purchasing includes getting and delivering leather from its own tannery. The Company has its own tannery to support the finest quality of goods to be able to produce the best products for its customers.

 

PRODUCTION LINE

The production line includes the construction of design such as making a pattern, shaping the outline of the shoes and stitching.

 

PREPARING OF SHOE'S SOLE 

It uses a rugby to stick the sole of the shoe.

 

STITCHING 

After putting rugby on the sole of the shoe, it also use a stitching process to ensure the strong bond of the shoe sole and the shoe design itself.

 

QUALITY CONTROL

It inspects all products. It has the right to reject wrong processed products.

 

PRICING

Pricing is decided by the company owner considering the raw materials used.

 

WAREHOUSE DELIVERY

Products are brought to the warehouse to ensure safety.

 

RE-INSPECTION

It inspects if all products are placed individually with price and item number. It also oversees damage products to ensure 100% service in the target market.

 

ACCOUNTING
(INVOICE VOUCHER)

It places receipts and overall financial statements and accounts of products.

 

MARKETING

The company has two type of marketing; the first one is the network where big companies ordered a specific number of products to supply for their employees such as safety shoes.
