Two-Bedroom Unit: (Maximum Occupancy 8-10 / Privacy Occupancy 6)

• Combination of Hotel Room and one-bedroom suite with each of their amenities

Rates (weekly rentals only)

The rates below include:

• golf club membership privledges (access to golf course and a minimum of 20% off green fees and cart rentals)
• all taxes and cleaning fees

Hotel Room - $550 U.S.

One-Bedroom - $795 U.S.

Two-Bedroom - $995 U.S.

Rates are subject to availability and subject to change without notice. Special rates apply for Easter and Christmas Holidays.

Booking and Cancellation Policies:

A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of booking which must reach us within 14 days of booking. The balance of rental must be paid prior to 45 days of your arrival date. In the case where a booking is made within 45 days of arrival date, full payment is immediately due and payable.

Once payment is made, it is completely nonrefundable.
