Mexico's National Costume for Miss Universe 2005:
Each year, there is an open contest, where Mexico's volunteer designers
participate for the best costume. The winner of the contest will have
the right to represent Mexico in the Miss Universe National costume
contest.
This year winner costume 'Equinoccio Serpiente de la Luz', which means
'Serpent of Light', from the state of Yucatan, Mexico. It represents Sr.
Kukulcan coming down from the heavens, bringing along light and wisdom
to its people.
