| Do you dream of Rodan vs. King Ghidora or the new Godzilla vs. the classic Godzilla, Godzilla Destroy all monsters melee can do that and have it in most major cities and Monster Island. A hostile alien tribe is trying to take over earth and to make it a bigger threat, they took control of Monster Island and all monsters on it, but my question is, why are they fighting each other even though they're supposed to destroy the city? There are 11 (one is secret) monsters to choose from and 8 cities to fight in. But when you start the game, you start off with 3 monsters and very few areas, you get more when you play. What sucks about the characters is that they different advantages which might annoy you in the game, for example Rodan and King Ghidora always fly and it's hard to attack them. There are a variety of modes of game play, but in the Adventure mode you only get 3 lives which is not enough to fight and beat all opponents. The controls are very simple.The sound is okay as well. But I dont like the gameplay. Builings and the military get in your way, and most monsters are so hard it might take most of your lives to beat them. This game is okay but I don't think it's worth the buy, but if you're a Godzilla fan just rent it and see how you like it. The Score: Graphics: 3.0 Sound: 3.0 Controls:4.0 Gameplay:2.5 |
