The Enterprise is attacked by a Klingon ship. Code 1 is called out. WAR! Kirk is told to secure an alliance with the people of the strategically located Organia. No sooner have Kirk and Spock beamed down that the Klingons arrive, with their military commander, Kor, commandeering Organia as the latest possession of the Empire. Kirk is frustrated by the absolute complacency of the Organians. The Enterprise, under Sulu is sent and brings back the Fleet. When battle is about to begin the Organians stop both sides from warring by causing all instruments of violence to be neutralized all over the galaxy. The Organian Peace Treaty is referred to in other episodes.
