Kirk orders the Enterprise into the Romulan neutral zone. The Enterprise is surrounded by three Romulan ships demanding Kirk's surrender.  Aboard the enemy vessel, Spock denounces Kirk and appears to show interest in the Romulan female commander. Kirk then attacks Spock, who uses the Vulcan Death Grip on his captain. While Spock is getting 'acquainted' with the Romulan Commander, Kirk steals the Cloaking Device that got them in the pickle in the first place. Kirk and Spock were opperating under Star Fleet orders to do all this.
