My Personal Reviews of some JFK Assassination Books

Anson, Robert Sam. "They've Killed The President!: The Search For The Murderers of John F. Kennedy."

One of the better books on the assassination. A good chapter on the Russian Oswald, and ties to the intelligence community.
Callahan, Bob. "Who Shot JFK?"
Gives the facts of the case in a sometimes humorous way.
Duffy, James P. and Ricci, Vincent L. "The Assassination Of John F. Kennedy: A Complete Book Of Facts."
This book gives the literal ABC's of the Kennedy assassination. It has everyone related to the assassination, with the hows.
Fensterwald Jr., Bernard and Ewing, Michael. "Coincidence Or Conspiracy?"
Produced by the Committee to Investigate Assassinations, with a couple good sections on the mafia and deaths related to the assassination.
Groden, Robert J. and Model, F. Peter. "JFK: The Case For Conspiracy"
Undoubtedly Groden's worst book on the assassination. Groden's theory in this book has eight shots from five different locations, with not one coming from the Oswald window.
Groden, Robert J. "The Killing Of A President."
A good photographic analysis of the Kennedy assassination. The most intriguing shot is one of the Depository within a minute after the shooting, which may show someone, not Oswald, looking out a window at the opposite end of the assassin's window.
Groden, Robert J. "The Search For Lee Harvey Oswald."
Another good photographic analysis, this one on Oswald. Gives some fascinating, some way out thoughts about Oswald, leading up to the assassination, and whether the Oswald accused of shooting Kennedy was the same as the one who went to Russia.
Lifton, David S. "Best Evidence: Disguise And Deception In The Assassination Of John F. Kennedy."
Lifton gives the first evidence that there may be more to the whole autopsy situation than meets the eye. Was Kennedy's body tampered with to make it appear that he was killed from behind, and only behind?
McDonald, Hugh C. "Appointment in Dallas: The Final Solution To The Assassination Of JFK."
A very interesting book. McDonald claims to have solved the assassination, saying that the man who posed as Oswald in Mexico City was actually a hitman who went on to kill Kennedy, and that Oswald was suppose to be killed earlier than he was killed.
Meagher, Sylvia. "Accessories After The Fact: The Warren Commission, The Authorities, And The Report."
One of thee, if not thee best book related to the assassination. Meagher goes point by point over the Commission findings, proving the Commission ignored any evidence that might indicate there was any kind of conspiracy.
Roffman, Howard. "Presumed Guilty"
I've never hear much said about this book, but I think it's got some great stuff. A good chapter related to Oswald's possible flight from the sixth floor to the second. Also gives good evidence that the head shot may have been caused by a fragmenting bullet, rather than Oswald's type of ammunition.
Thompson, Josiah. "Six Seconds In Dallas: A Microstudy Of The Kennedy Assassination"
Another one of the best books on the assassination. Gives a good replay of the appearance and possible planting of the 'magic bullet'. One fault is his theory that James Tague's bloody cheek was caused by a bullet fragment from the head shot.
