| Peggy was an Interior Designer who joined ADG about a year after i did. She took responsibility for designing the "interior" spaces of our projects, and also helped the clients select materials, colours and texture of the furnishings. Peggy was a genius at Furniture Chess. She once defeated the reigning Champion Bobby Fischer while simultaneously negotiating a travelling exhibit for the Imperial Treasures of Russia thru a low-level Soviet Customs Agent, and arranging for the transfer of the Ark of the Covenant to Modern Babylon. i thought it would be helpful to have some kind of markings on the floor... (...heck, then we could even hire someone to keep track of all this movement using chess notation.), but, then... ...it takes a few years to begin to get a grasp on the long-term strategies of the game. |
