| The Metro Gold Line is the second light rail system to come to Los Angeles, it arrived in 1995. It begins at Norwalk and ends at Los Angeles International Airport or LAX. The whole system cost $790 million dollars. The whole line is a distance of 20 miles with 14 stations. Average weekday boardings are 32,000 and weekend boardings are 17,000. The line has a total number of 34 rail cars which are made by SIEMEN model P2000 |
