remember the job that i was gonna interview for? well, i made my self sufficiently unavailable enough that they picked someone already. unless that soomeone falls thru. that's okay, i don't think that i wanted to do that job anyway. i am holding out for something cool, like the xfl job, or a job working at columbia college either as a financial aid or a freshman advisor. i'm not sure why a financial aid advisor seems so interesting to me, but i think it is because i have been on the other side of the desk so much that i would like to be able to help students like i was once helped. the NU fin aid department was fabulous on that account.

i can't believe i just said fabulous.

yesterday was cool. i went to potion and drank overpriced root beer and wrote a letter to nate. it helped me remember some not-so-happy parts of my childhood. but i think that is good sometimes. a stressful day all around...no, that's not it...after discussing it with rosemary, we decided that it was a thoughtful day. and sometimes, those kinds of days are inspiring.

maybe a longer update tomorrow. prolly not as cryptic, though. :-)
