The Jamaica Methodist District Conference is comprised of 27 Circuits, namely:

- Beechamville/Bensonton
- Brownstown/Edmondson
- Coke
- Duncans
- East Kingston
- Falmouth
- Frankfield
- Grateful Hill
- Lucea
- Lyndhurst
- Manchester
- Manchioneal
- May Pen
- Montego Bay/MtWard
- Mt. Fletcher
- Ocho Rios
- Port Antonio
- Portmore
- Providence
- St. Anns Bay
- St. Elizabeth
- St. Thomas
- Savanna-La-Mar
- Spanish Town
- Watsonville
- Western St. Andrew
Each circuit is comprised of a number of Congregations. For example, the May Pen Circuit has six congregations:
- Hugh Sherlock
- Mitchell Town
- Mt. Hume
- St. James
- St. Joseph
- Watsonton
Each Circuit is under the supervision of a Superintendent Minister who is a Presbyter. The District President assumes the task of Superintendent for any Circuit where there is no Superintendent.
