What is Soul-winning?

In Matthew 28:18-20, we find prescription for soul-winning. We find the plan to use, the power to be employed, the preaching to be presented, and the people to be reached. God describes His Plan. The Plan from God. Jesus spoke the words. (Mt 28:18) Jesus shared the way. (Mt 28:18-20) For a plan to work there has to be an execution source, a power. The Power from God. It is the power to speak. (Ep 6:19) It is the power to share. (Acts 1:8) The power enables us to witness, to preach. The Preaching from God. God gave the Scriptures. (2 Ti 3:16) God gave the script. (Mt 28:20) What good is it to witness without someone to witness to? The People from God. They are God's creatures. (Mk 16:15) They are God's commission. (Jn 21:10) God's people need to set the example how to conduct themselves in life.
