Members attened classes for their respective offices or committee chairman class.  Later in the day, they attended special interest classes ranging from tractor driving, going to college, reasons, wildlife enhancement, and more.  At chapter hour, the members attending came up with ideas to improve the Metcalfe County FFA Chapter.  It was decided that a committee chairman seminar would be held early in the year.  Buying a digital camera and distributing an updated POA to all officers and committee chairmen was also discussed.
In the afternoons, members participated in sporting events with their athletic groups.  Josh Jones and Sarah Smith were put on the basketball all-star team, and Summer Polson and Kara Brooke Harbison were given all-star honors in volleyball.
At FFA Camp, Kara Brooke Harbison was named sentinel on Camp Council.  Camp Council consists of six elected people to take care of flag lowering and raising ceremonies, cabin inspections, and presiding over the last session.  At the Thursday night session, Tonya Sexton participated in the FFA Quiz contest.
The Metcalfe County FFA Chapter received an award for cabin inspections and was in the semi-finals for the chapter volleyball tournament.  All members attending had an excellent time.
