Ulver - 'Silencing the singing' EP - By C. Diamantis
It seems that 2001 was a great year for the band from Norway. After the release of a full length and an EP, this second and final EP comes in order to complete the vision started with Perdition City.

The music starts where the last EP left off. Melodic, instrumental tracks that create a very moody atmosphere. Sometimes it seems that this band has decided to create music just for themselves and everything they do is a way to express their ideas and feelings. This approach in music ensures that their albums are very personal and very carefully created, since the band really loves what they are doing. All three tracks are very long in duration (since the total time of the ep is almost 30 minutes) but dont bore the listener at any time. The best thing about Ulver is that they manage to create an unparalleled atmosphere no matter what type of music they choose to compose, an atmosphere many bands would be dying to have.

The experimentations of the band cant appeal to everyone, but those who are going to devote time to the band will surely love them. Follow the silence to discover the musicAnxiously awaiting their next work, Im sure that once again they will pleasantly surprise me
