WOW!!! This band rocks! This right here is true brutal black metal. No symphonic stuff here. All brutal. Very awesome. The riffing sounds simple in some of the songs but it�s not, it's very complex. And with that drummer in the background who is hitting everything. He is not missing a beat. Double Basses, Snaring all over the place hitting every single symbol known to mankind. Very awesome. Ok I basically mentioned the really good points about these guys. I forgot one major thing. SOLO�S. I am a sucker for solos and the way these guys do it is just awesome. One thing I really do like is the vocal effects. Straight Black Metal at most points but sometimes you hear a really cool death metal voice that could basically sound like Satan. Now how cool is that. Their music though on the other hand is very brutal and sometimes very scary. In the song �Night of the Fullmoon� you can hear wolves in the background howling at the moon and it creeps the hell out of me. This CD is just truly amazing. Probably one of the coolest and greatest black metal CD�s I have listened to in a long time. One last thing I forgot to mention. These guys are from Portland, Oregon in the United States. I think that�s not just cool but weird as most good Black Metal is from Europe. If you�re a black metal fan get this CD right away. Really, you will love it. Metal Obsessive Grade: 100% |
