AAF are the first band to be signed to Papa Roach's label, New Noize.

AAF look set to be remembered as the band that did that Micheal Jackson cover. I bought this album after hearing the track "Movies" (before "Smooth Criminal" was released), I did originally like it, but now I find it slightly boring.

There are a few good songs, like the mellodic ballad (and strangely titled) "Death Day" and I like "Movies" a bit, along with a few other songs. But most of the songs are tedious.

So, what about the M.J. cover then? Well... it's better than the original, but now it's just become annoying. As with "Movies" it's really overplayed on the music channels, making the annoyingness grow fast *laughs*.

Dryden Mitchell's vocals are pretty good (better than label mate Coby Dick), and the music backing him isn't too bad, but it comes back to the point that overall most of the songs get very annoying after listening to the album several times.

I can't really comment on this album any more than I have... to sum up it's annoying. However I'd probably recommend it to general fans of rock music, and to new fans of more "heavy" music. It's an average album, easy to listen to, but if I had to make the decision again after hearing more of the songs I might not buy it.
