At the age of 17 the Russian mandatory conscription caught Vlad between his time at high school and any future academic work. Quickly put into the military, Vlad was sent to basic training then on his first exercise the DI's managed to loss his for several days in what was basically a small wood before he emerged from a foxhole inside a hedge line. Again after an escape/evasion exercise, Vlad turned up in the base having fooled the DI's and sniffer dogs alike. Once basic training was over, Vlad was transferred from his unit into a Spetnatz field team, here he was found to excel in any kind of infiltration work and even at various techniques of silent killing. Having served with the Spetnatz team for several years, Vlad was then noticed by the KGB and once again transferred due to his strangely high ability to sneak in to places. Over the course of several missions Vlad started to rise in status and rank within the KBG but after certain "difficulties" Vlad left he organisation and started working as a freelance agent. After several months of this he was approached by several men in black suits about a new group called Fox-hound, he accepted there offer. |
