Background:
Born in Richmond Virginia, Zeke was raised in a very structured family, because of his fathers involvement in the Navy. Usually angered easily by his fathers unrelenting verbal and physical abuse, Rain decided to abandon his simple begginings, by running away. Alone on the streets for a small time, the young man ran across an old buddy of his fathers, who provided momentary food and shelter. An old hacker and code cracker for the navy, Kento Mesiamaru passed on his old skills to the youth, unwillingly becoming a father figure. A few months later, the old vet decided to let his old buddy know that his son was fine, and ivited him to visit them. Showing up late, and in a drunken rage, Zeke's father, in an attempt to harm the young boy, inadverdently killed the old hacker. Running from that nightmarish scene, Rain once more resumed his life on the street, selling his skills to a myriad of characters, from thugs to the police.
Two years later, Zeke became an operative for the Foriegn Trade Administration, remaining there for several years before finally being noticed by Black Ops. Choosing the young man as the perfect operative for the elusive Fox Hound, the military contacted Rain in private, and had him at the base of operations within a few hours.
