The large master bedroom with it's own built in bathroom is the one for rent. Shares a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room with two easygoing roommates in a

quiet building on Redpath and Docteur Penfield. One block from Sherbrooke and 5 blocks from main McGill Campus (2 blocks from Stewart Bio and med building).

Building is across the street from a big dog park and all windows have a view of the park and the mountain (view from the window below)

Rent: 600$/Month Water and Heat included

Bills:

-Electricity (Hydro Quebec) 30$/Month (10$ per person)

-Internet (Videotron 10Mbits/sec) - 60$/Month (20$ per person) (very fast, 10mbps wifi reception is great throughout apartment and in the room)

Dishwasher in the kitchen and laundry in the building accessible by elevator.
