This web site has been set up to highlight the abuse of process and actions of DC Eric Storey who worked for Catford CID but now works at Walworth CID DC Eric Storey misled a Magistrate in order to obtain a search warrant.. DC Storey did not bother carrying out any proper investigation and merely had a letter from someone saying "cant wait to hear who he is" , did not comply with PACE and did not bother taking any statements at all. He then went on to execute that unlawful search warrant. The subject of that search subsequently made a complaint about the conduct of the 3 officers involved in the search including DC Eric Storey with regard to their alleged racist comments and laddish behaviour whilst watching a pornographic video in the premises after the conclusion of the search. Of course a subsequent complaint drew a blank as it of course could not be proven. The complainant then sought to settle the problems that had arisen from the search and the passing of information by DC Eric Storey to another force by making several without prejudice requests merely seeking that the Met solve the problem they had caused. They did not bother replying to those requests at all. A civil action was then issued against the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis and a defence was pleaded by the Commissioner that the search warrant was lawful . That was a lie and the Commissioner's legal representatives misled the Court in not advising the Judge that they knew that it was an Unlawful search. Here is what the Judge said about the Commissioner: "...One certainly does not expect the Commissioner to be downright wrong and certainly not misleading..." In late 1999 a person from the midlands appeared out of nowhere posting all kinds of defamatory and harassing messages about the victim of DC Eric Storey's actions and referring to the civil case being taken by him against the Met Police. This went on for 3 years and include the use of twelve or so pseudonyms and ranged from messages on the internet to letters, bogus reporting of a police officer to Leicester BTP, and involved a connection with Surrey Police. Very strange therefore that DC Eric Storey and DC Kevin Ives should give supporting witness statements to this person for his defence to my harassment claim and one could be forgiven for believing this was retribution. Almost immediately DC Eric Storey and a colleague provided witness statements in defence to that persons harassment. Why would DC Eric Storey provide a witness statement for someone who was using 12 different pseudonyms to post hundreds of messages onto the internet harassing the person that had earlier complained about DC Eric Storey's behaviour , unless of course DC Storey or the other Officers had some knowledge of this person ??. Bear in mind that this person from the Midlands is a "friend" of Mr Nigel Cary the force solicitor at Surrey Police, whose own actions are detailed at http://www.SurreyPolice.co.uk It would appear to any reasonable person that this was a malicious act to get back at the complainant. Is this what we can expect if you make a genuine complaint about a Met Officer ?. Does the Commissioner support and condone this action perhaps since he failed to properly investigate and the only alleged investigation was carried out by an officer who said that "Met Officers can disclose any information that they like" and who failed to interview an Officer who subsequently left . WHITEWASH ?. QUESTIONS: Why did the "Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis" lie in his defence document ?. Why did his legal team mislead the Court/Judge ?. Why did 2 Met Officers give supporting witness statements to a person in the Midlands carrying out a sustained and unprovoked harassment against someone who had earlier complained about DC Eric Storey and his two accompanying officers?. Why did DC Eric Storey not bother to carry out an investigation before misleading a Magistrate into issuing a search warrant ?. Why has the Officer tasked to investigate these matters ,DI Paul Allen, still not bothered completing his investigation ? Why did he wait until one of the Officers had retired from the force so he could not investigate them ?. I have noted how the Met Police managed to pour/waste �5M into investigating their own Officer (Superintendent) and in the process take over 1,450 witness statements, but when it is just some taxpayer whom DC Eric Storey thought that he would "shaft" then it would appear that the Met are not even remotely interested. I suspect the answer if that the Met Police do not care one jot about how their Officers behave , but I shall of course be pleased to report any proper actions that they do take to prove me wrong .
