 This contract is for an American Pit Bull Terrier Puppy. As seller Messiah’s Pit’s Kennel Reserves the right to check on ANY puppy at any time. No dogs are bred, raised, or sold for any illegal purposes! No dogs are to be used in violation of the animal welfare act of 1976.

We here at Messiah’s Pit’s Kennel take pride in breeding American Pit Bull Terriers with well balanced Qualities. As the seller, we feel that the new owners should be respectful to the needs of their new puppy. Which includes caring for its needs such as but not limited to: Food, Water at all times, having medical needs satisfied at ALL times (vaccinations, exterminating internal and external parasites, etc…) and keeping puppy in a respectful kennel or cleaned area at all times. If by chance “WE” at Messiah’s Pit’s Kennel discover these conditions are not being met upon our satisfaction, we have the right to take the sold puppy into our custody immediately.

Terms: Any male puppy will be sold with the understanding that Messiah’s Pit’s has the rights to breed (Stud) the male dog at any given time at no charge to Messiah’s Pit’s Kennel. Also any male or female puppy will keep The Sellers’ name on it’s pedigree for the life of the dog no matter if animal is sold again to third party.
