so my new years resolution is to lose the holiday weight i put on and then as much as i can from there. In my book, i will keep a
record of inspirational songs, like Yellow, and if need be, websites. I will list other things to do than think about food. I will
drink min. 4 bottles of water per day to assist in my weight loss and i will exerxise every day in some form. (min. 100 situps,
preferably though, some running or swimming). But not now because i'm afraid i'll throw up. I will keep an immaculate room.
Checklist! thats what i'll do!
