M.E.S. Students present software projects

SOFTWARE PROJECT EXHIBITION

Computer Science, Informatics Practices and Information Technology students of classes XII and X presented software projects developed by them in the Computer Science lab of the Boys' Section on 14th November 2005. The Software Project Exhibition was inaugurated by Mr. M.K. Abdul Rehman, President of M.E.S. Management Committee. While Computer Science students developed their project using the programming language CH, Informatics Practices students developed their projects using Visual Basic and Oracle, where as class X Information Technology student developed the web sites using HTML. The following projects were adjusted as the best projects for the year 2005-06.

• Computer Science: Brick Game - Arkanoid developed by Govind Krishna of XII B
• Informatics Practices: The Birthday party developed by Lizanne Pires of class XII H
• Information Technology: Asian Games 2006 developed by Manu Mohan of class X A

Mr. F.M. Basheer Ahmed, Principal appreciated efforts of the students and advised them to acquire more talents to build a strong career in their respective fields. During the function a software developed by the Computer Science Department called "School Timer" was handed over to Mr. Abdul Rehman, President of the School Management and to the Principal. The Project Display Exhibition was organized by the Department of Computer Sciences and Information Technology of the School.
