Euro Salad
Ingredients:
2 16-ounce package Euro Salad (or Romaine Lettuce)
2 Mangos (cubed)
1 box fresh strawberries
3/4 cup craisins
1 pound honey glazed almonds
Dressing:
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. salt
Combine all salad ingredients. Stir all dressing ingredients over low flame for 5 minutes. Cool dressing. Pour dressing over salad immediately before serving.

Crunch of Almond Salad
Salad Ingredients:
1 bag of shredded lettuce
3 stalks celery (chopped)
1 bunch scallions (chopped)
1 11-ounce can mandarin orange segments (drained)
Almond Crunch:
1 pound slivered almonds
4 tsps. sugar (for each cup of almonds)
Salad Dressing:
1/4 cup oil
2 Tbsps. vinegar
2 Tbsps. sugar
pinch of salt
dash of black pepper
Combine all salad ingredients and mix.
Stir almonds and sugar in a saucepan, over low heat, until almonds are browned. Mix dressing ingredients until smooth.
Before serving, add nuts and dressing to salad.

Garlic Crouton Salad
Salad:
1 fresh head of lettuce
1 tomato (diced)
1 Euro-salad mix
1 box garlic croutons
Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup mayonaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 fresh garlic clove (minced)
Mix all ingredients besides croutons.
Mix dressing until smooth and pour dressing over salad.
Add croutons right before serving.

Cole Slaw
Ingredients:
1 bag of Cole Slaw mix
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup craisins
Dressing:
1/3 cup oil
4 Tbsps. vinegar
5 Tbsps. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper or black pepper or lemon pepper
Mix all dressing ingredients. When ready to serve, pour dressing over salad.
