Ms. Mary adopted me when she was in Minnesota last year for Christmas. She and her girlfriends went out to Rosedale Mall and there I was, right there in the Dollar Store. Actually, there were at least a hundred of us all looking pretty much alike except for the position of our front legs and the wrinkles in our neck ribbons, and Ms. Mary picked me to go home with her. I had fallen off the shelf and couldn't get back up by myself. When Ms. Mary reached out to help me, I wished with all my heart that she would hug me and keep me. My Christmas wish came true. I think I am the luckiest little bear in the whole wide world. |
