TaraBear is the sweetheart of the bookshelf. She sits between the knees of the Millennium Bear and peeks over the top of his kneecap at the other stuffed ones. Whenever she smiles at the others, they can't help but smile back. She rarely says anything, but quite often her eyes are twinkling with delight at some little thing that has tickled her fancy. She has a calming effect on the bookshelf dwellers, which is much appreciated by Patriot Bear SIR; it makes his job much easier.
