| We started creating the the individual pages for the menagerie family members with just their photos and adoption information. Now we are trying to arrange opportunities for each of the stuffed ones to get on the computer to type their little biographies or introductions or personal statements or whatever else they might want to have on their pages. Mr. Vegas, the little purple zebra, has been prancing and dancing on his little puffy blue hooves and waggling his yellow ears and shaking his orange mane and tail ever since the menagerie first read over my shoulder and learned they were going to have a place on the web. Oh, my! Actually, they each in their own fashion have been prancing, dancing, waggling, and shaking whichever parts can be made to prance, dance, waggle, and/or shake. There are feathered ones and furry ones; we have paws, hooves, webbed feet, bird feet, and even a bunny wearing little booties. We are a discrimination-free bookshelf; all shapes, sizes, colors, ages, and outer coverings are welcome. We also do not discriminate on the basis of the type or amount of stuffing. We ignore brand names. We ask that you do, too. An open mind is a good thing to have; having an open mind does not mean your brains are going to fall out. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
