Our Merry household harbours a number of animals besides the bipeds...
the most demanding of these are Spanky and the 6 cats...
this page is dedicated to them...
to their warm loving characters and the constant Merry mischief they make
Yep, You guessed it... this is Spanky.. 5 yrs old and smarter than a whippet... hehehe
When Spanky barks at a visitor... we all have heart attacks... WOOF!!
These 2 mischiefs are Missy and Sissy... the oldest of our 6 cats...
both feral.. it took us over a week to catch these 2 tiny kittens... that was over 10 years ago
Top Cat in the house is DJ... our only boy... and the only non feral feline..
DJ is the sole defender of his harem... he has all the scars to prove it...
he's also the MOST affectionate and gives the sloppiest cuddles
Here is Ebony.. the MOST territorial of the feral felines...
she was rescued by the kids from a group of feral juveniles.. who were trying to stab her with a plastic knife...
Ebony and DJ are both 8 years old
Meet Smudge... the chatterbox... she has a large vocabulary
and always manages to get her demands understood in no uncertain terms...
and heaven help you if you're slow on the uptake... hehehehe
This is Prodigy.. the baby of the feral felines... found half dead in a carpark during a heatwave..
she's settled in quite comfortably and totally terrorises the other 5 cats...a bundle of mischief..
shes bright, intelligent and has a wicked sense of humour

Well there you have most of the Merry Menagerie... still missing are the budgies..... but I'll get them here asap...
