YEAH! Buffy Season 7 came out yesterday ladies, and as cool as that is, I can't buy it. I know, sob sob, but I'm broke as a joke, so I think I'll have to head over to Movie Madness this weekend and rent it. I would rent Angel Season 1, but since it has only been checked in two times out of the 50 times I've looked (and of course those two times were not good times for watching 23 episodes of a one hour drama) I am out of luck for sure. In other news, my good friend Leigh down there in the sunny land of LA, has recently informed me that her first celeb spotting was Sarah Michelle Gellar at a coffee shop. She ordered two grande soy chai's (one for her and one for Freddy I'm assuming!), so now grande soy chai's are my new favorite drink! I love Buffy! So as you all may have guessed, I'm addicted to television, but as you as my witnesses, I'm trying to curb my discusting habbit by only watching one one hour drama a night. It's going to be hard, I know, but I really think that it will benifit me, if for no other reason than homework. Thursday's are going to be hard though, The OC or Life As We Know It, how does a girl choose? And for that matter, Tuesday's Gilmore Girls, a solid OHD (One Hour Drama) or the new favorite, Veronica Mars. Oh boy. Lots of soul searcing this week for sure. Anywho thats about it for me, back to the grind stone. Homework that is. Au revoir mon amis! |

This is going to come as a MAJOR shock to all y'all. Are you ready for it? I've discovered a new favorite one hour drama! How, you may ask, did it slip past my radar? Your guess is as good as mine folks. What show is it? None other than a WB drama... ROSWELL. Thats right, it wasn't very popular at the time, in fact it only was on for three years, but through the magic of DVD and MOVIE MADNESS I've seen seasons 1 and 2. It's renewed my love in the one hour drama (as if it ever left) and more specifically the sci-fi one hour drama. Now saying that you all are thinking, oh great, Camille is going to start watching Stargate SG1 and Andromeda. That's a big fat no. There's an invisible line in there between a one hour drama that is a bit sci-fi, and a sci-fi show that is a one hour drama. I have little to no intrest in these crap sci-fi shows that take place on a space ship, but you bring me those aliens to a high school and let them intermingle with the teenagers and I'm in. Anyway... in some not one hour drama related news lots of things have gone on since I last updated for you all. My ethernet port broke, I cried, every single dish in my apartment is dirty, I'm moving out of this hellhole some refer to as Goose Hollow Tower, my fish almost died by I saved it's life, I got a parking ticket, and if you are looking for a roommate give me a call... I'll do the dishes. |

Oh boy. It has been one wacky month ladies!Anyway... history always seems so rosy, what is that? its like, yeah, that was the worst year of my life, but gosh darn it it was fun. well that's just crazy talk! why do we do that? And let me relate this to something even more important, movies. so i remember seeing the hit movie my boyfriend's back with my good old friend laura flores back in the day and thinking, hey that was a good movie, well, wrong. i rented it a couple days ago, and let me just say, it was bad, and you are talking to the girl of bad movies. i mean it, if it's bad i probably like it, but this one really takes the cake, its almost so bad its good but not quite. you should all see it so you know what i mean. on to some other news thats not about bad, i am in love with a new show, i know, your thinking, again? but its about time i got around to this gem, ALIAS. its totally awesome, and what was i thinking avoiding a show made by the creater of one of my all time favorites Felicity. anyways rent season one, because it's like felicity meets james bond. anyways on to other news, school sucks, its kicking my ass literally and figuratively, and my car was stolen but i got it back and i moved and its cool but its new and change is good but never at first. ok, well thats about all for now.... bow chicky wow wow. |

| 6/21/04 8:17pm Welcome! So today is hot, but not as hot as this webpage. I've been messing around with some differents things, because change is good, don't fear change, check it out right here. So total recall is on and its like the coolest movie ever, who knew? Today was nice, it was hot but nick and i drove the old highway and ate subway. Two ways at a time, sweet! heres another one, anyway... tickets for the cure go on sale next week, i'm pretty excited about it, since i've never seen them before and they are like, one of my top five favorite bands of all time. So, spring term turned out well, passed all my classes, and some with flying colors, so now i'm just working 6 days a week. its pretty awesome. i'm probably going to go crazy here really soon, so you can all come and visit me at my new home in an insaine asylum, do they still have those? why haven't i gone to one yet? anyway in other news, i hung out with shawn ewers the other day, and that was fun, we went to chopsticks and drank some IPA and listened to some pretty hanous karaoke. it was cool. so thats about it from me, check out the page, have fun, be safe. xoxo |

Bienvenu! It has been a while hasn't it folks? Well, I tell you what, I've been just so gosh darn busy working six days a week I just haven't had time to update this here webpage. OMSI's been great, I am now offically a Titanic expert, seriously, if there was a Titanic Trivial Pursuit, I would challenge any of ya'll. In other news Megan and I had a lovely few days of picking cherries last week (or was it the week before? who knows, they all run together). The only cool thing about picking cherries was that Megan and I got to eat breakfast with her grandparents like three days in a row, and that was cool, they have this little dog that sits on her grandpa's lap while they eat. Anyway in yet other news I ate some dinner tonight with nick and carl and carl's brother and two of his friends, it was fun, but the coolest part was the music in the bathroom, because it was seriously so loud you almost had to plug your ears. In other other other news I have been posting a lot on thedarktower.net forums, well not a lot, like 6 times, but its totally cuthroat there! I'm not enough of a dork for that website, but I try to fit in where I can, mostly in the name that song section. Anyways thats about it from me, I'm not as funny as I used to be. I can rhyme though! Au revior! |
| 10/26/04 9:59pm (and not a minute too soon!) Holy guacamole its update time ladies! I know, I know, I can hardly believe it myself. There is so much to say, and yet, so little time. Thats right, midterms in full swing have got me sleeping eating and breathing the renaissance, shakespeare, and my sweeeeeeeeet intro to fiction class. Its all pretty time consuming, but I have managed to find time in my busy schedule to do one of my favorite things, watch one hour dramas. I want to do a whole update on my beloved one hour dramas, but for now I will give you the cliff's notes version. To start with, Veronica Mars- ok, so its on upn, I know, that turned me off at first too, but it's really awesome, its like Nancy Drew meets the year 2004. I'm loving it, two thumbs up. Also new and equally good this season- Life As We Know It, or as I like to call it, My So Called Life meets Dawson's Creek, or 'teenagers obsessed with sex and family drama'. Oh, and another good new drama, Lost, with that one guy from Party of Five (one of my personal fav's as you well know). Its intresting and has one of the hobbits in it, another big plus. Anywho I have run out of time and space, so I will end it for now. Au revoir Ladies!!! |

Well well well, here I am, back again. So whats new? Hm, well, I've been watching a lot of "Gilmore Girls" a la Season Two, checking out the hot new show "Grey's Anatomy", doing homework homework homework, and OMSI. So I guess most of that isn't new, but it's what's been going on. You know me, I like to keep things simple. So I got to hear the new Beck album Guero a little bit yesterday and I gotta say it's pretty good. I'm glad to hear Beck playin' some new sounds and mixin' it up like the old days. I like to secretly dance when no one is around. I drank too much coffee today, my car has been on empty for three days, I spent too much money last week and watched too much tv. That's a little taste of the busy life I lead. Ha ha. So I just can't seem to jump on this "Desperate Housewives" bandwagon. I don't know what it is but I guess I just don't really like it. Anyway I don't have anything else to say, everything I could do has already been done, and it would be lame to try and say something worthwhile because I don't feel particularly worthwhile at the moment. Wow, this update is a little, hm, what's the word? Boring? Random? Sad? Weird? Who knows. It's a weird time to be a Camille.'Til we meet again, au revoir ladies. |
