It has snowed about 4 inches overnight and i heard it's going to freeze really bad tonight which means I am goin nowhere unless it's on foot. Tiz the season to be sharing fred Dec 25th Well well well yall it is Christmas day. The day that i have been waiting for. The day that i based this web page on. Lemme tell you all about my page We sleped in the latest in Pounders history this morn. 8:00. That is really late for us on christmas. I had a really bad sleepwalking attack and I felt a bit messed up this morn but I was ok cuz it was about time to open preasents. I got a lot of really cool stuff. Lots of movies and blank tapes/cds gift certificates and stuff. We got done at about 8:00 and watched parts of A CHRISTMAS STORY till 10:00 At 10 we went to grandma pounders house and ate dinner part one. Jim and jim and ed and linda were there. Grandmas dinner was good. We got home at 12 and watched more of A CHRISTMAS STORY as well as a tape with THE GRINCH, CHARLEY BROWN CHRISTMAS and RUDOLPH on it. I almost fell asleep on the heating pad durring rudolph. For some reason i have never been able to sit thru rudolph without getting really tired. It's not that I don't like it, I think it has chemical effects on me. I'll get a mad scientist to check me out someday. At 2:00 we went to grandma and grandpa Dzaiches and hung with matt and wife as well as sarah and new ball N chain. Later all the other family came up and we all were there for the first time in years. I ate a ton of almond roca and played with kids. Grandma gabe 20 bucks in sharies gift sersificates which brings my total for the day up to 45 bucks. Thats a lot of pop. After the family experience we made it home. I called up the dudes but could only round up mark and Al for a rad trip to sharies. Mark ordered a BLT and what he got was a really crappy BL that was lacking T. It looked like a really little kid made it. He had maybe 3 pieces of bacon and some chaif lettus on toast and hash brown cuz they are out of fries. Mark was pissed. Well, i sorta found it myself. It is the first ever Nirvana show from 1987. It sounds like crap but it is an awesome thing to hear. The drummer is not very good and you can't hear the vocals/bass well but is still an awesome thing for a major fan like me to hear. What i found funny about the songs is Cobains voice. It was his first show and he could already scream like a sonofabitch. Another thing that stood out was that no one ever clapped after the songs. WEIRD Dec 17th While alex and i were taking a trip down mammory lane, watching old weird videos like Pee Pee January and No Me Touche Pas (Don't ask) we found out that tonight is the 4 year anaversary of the first Richard Prior show. Our first show took place at the HR armoury to about 50 stunned people. We has mark and Brian Merz film it with 2 cameras so if you are a total geek and you want to watch it we can prolly dig it up for you. We opened the show that consisted uf us Eric parkers band Friends Of The People and The Dragonflies. To kick off our long and awesome rock carrier as RP we hid in the dressing room till showtime. Once it was time to "rock" we had brian Announce us. To the Pity applause we entered, Clad in leather pants we mounted our instruments and kicked it all off with the theme from 2001. Then we put it in 2nd with a version of Richard Nixon that sounded like we had all done some downers backstage. I'm not tryin to say that we sucked, but we sorts did. But ya know what, at least we did it, it's th ethought that counts yall. To me the coolest and funnyest thing about RP is that we had 11,000 plays on our MP3.com page. That means that people listened to our lame songs 11,000 times, which is HUGE for a geek HR band that wrote songs about presidents and played a few shows. Nov 8th So i just got back from the super secert movie auditions. It was so hard. All they did was made you fill out a card with you age and hobbies and stuff. Then they take a picture of you and you go home. Thats it. We were in line for 15 minutes and "auditioning " for another 15. We then drove back home. Aberdeen was not the hell hole that it has been called. It was like the Dalles. So, uh, I guess it was a hell hole. I learned on my trip that I hate my generation. Gus van zzzant was looking for "real people" and the people who showed up were some of the fakest idiots i have ever seen. They would walk around in groups of 4 or 5 looking exactly the same. dressed like they don't care about anything except for there 50 dollar pants and how there make up looks. It pissed me off. It made mee realise that i am the greatest and best human who has ever lived.It's true. While we were in line for the movie we Alex heard some dude talking on his cell phone about Curt Kobain. So we think that it may be a bio pic on ole CDK. Al also stated that he might have read something on a nirvana movie last summer. I hope it is. It gives a long hair like me more of a chance. On the way home we were cruzin silently when suddenly alex screamed DENNYS!!! We then pulled off the road and went to dennys in some Worshington town. After it skipped from 1 to 3 I got up and sat in the lobby for the rest of the movie. Oh well, i'll just have to PAY to see it on friday. GO SEE IT.
