It is sick, I know, but I really
like the guy.  I think we'd get along.  At least if we only discussed ways to keep the morons from breeding, old cartoons and sitcoms, and his theme song idea.

Ok, FINE, I will admit it.  I LOVE LOVELINE, I LOVE DR. DREW and I especially LOVE Adam Carolla.  OK, you got it out of me.  I am guilty of a sin beyond sin.  A sin of enjoying the antithesis of who I am as a woman who is not a fan of strip clubs or fart jokes.  Sue me.  I know it is gross. I know he is gross.  Don't you think I have wrestled with this for years????

I can't help it.  You know how stupid birds cannot help but fly into windows and glass doors?  Well, that, my friends is exactly how I feel about our good buddy Adam.  I have been listening to loveline seriously for a long long time  now.  The relationship began back in 1995 when I found it on 99.1 on my nightly drives home from one of my first jobs at the Wall (now FYE)at White Marsh Mall.  I began to truly enjoy this annoying ride with the help of my two new advice giving pals Adam and Drew.  And then Adam started making me laugh.  Like laugh so hard I had to pull over.  Laugh so hard my coke from my extra value meal would spurt out of my nose! I would take the long way home to listen to the juvenile and sometimes serious problems of my generation and the wise solutions of Adam and Drew.  OH my.

It got to the point in college (when insomnia was prevalent) that I had a nightly date with them when I wasn't busy.  I would play Sega Columns in my living room until midnight while Adam and Drew soothed me to a point where I could at least try to sleep.  Boyfriends were annoyed.  Friends would far prefer to listen to music but I was dedicated.

Unfortunately I don't listen as much anymore.  ( I found a reoccuring stream on the internet for a while to listen to at work, but it went away {sadness})  You ask why I don't listen at home?  Well, I had to stop when I would fall asleep to Loveline and Adam started to be a reoccuring character in my dreams.  Then I knew it had gone too far and I had to let go.  Now I only catch them when I happen to be in the car M-Th.  And I do smile.

Truly, Man Show asside, Juggies not counting, Adam is a good guy.  If you listen to the show as much as I used to, you would know how much he really cared about these kids.  He gets pissed because his listeners are MORONS, but Dr. Drew is a passionate passionate man and together they really do try to make a difference.  And after you have heard his "theme song" theory you will have no choice but love him too.

Hail to ADAM AND DREW!!!!
and I will seriously get help about this someday.
