Lemon Honey
- 50 grams butter
- 1 cup sugar (or 4 tblspns honey)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 small sweet lemons
Cook this in a double boiler or in a stainless steel bowl that is sitting in a pot of water.
Stir frequently until mixture thickens.
Makes 2 x 300gm jam jars.
