Virginia's Gingernut Icecream
- 1 pkt gingernut biscuits (crushed)
- a handful of crystalized sugared ginger
- 1 2 litre tub of vanilla icecream
Return to the freezer and try to leave there for half a day before eating
This is delicious and a lot cheaper than the $12.50 a litre that was being asked by the commercial outlet that made the one it was copied from.
