Dairyice icecream
- 1 tsp gelatine
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons full cream powdered milk
- 1 cup hot water
- 1+1/2 tsp pure vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup milk
Dissolve gelatine in 1/2 cup hot water
Beat together milk powder, sugar, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup milk; add gelatine mixture and vanilla
Beat well, freeze till like thick cream, remove, beat again until double in bulk.
Freeze till mushy, scrape bottomand sides then beat 2 mins till smooth
Freeze - 3 hours at least
