Russian Fudge

• 1 kilo sugar
• 125 gr butter
• 1 tin highlander condensed milk
• 1 cup milk
• 3 tablespoons golden syrup
• small teaspoon cream of tartar
  

Boil for 20 minutes; stirring all the time. Take off the heat and beat until thick. Pour into pan to set. When almost set cut into pieces.
