Russian Fudge
- 1 kilo sugar
- 125 gr butter
- 1 tin highlander condensed milk
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons golden syrup
- small teaspoon cream of tartar
Boil for 20 minutes; stirring all the time.
Take off the heat and beat until thick.
Pour into pan to set. When almost set cut into pieces.
