Refrigerator Cake

• 1 pkt malt biscuits (crushed)
• 1 tin crushed pineapple (strained)
• 150ml cream
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1+1/2 cups icing sugar
• saved pineapple juice

Spread into shallow tin lined with cooking paper.
Leave about 2 hours to set

Just before serving whip cream stiffly; add pineapple and spread on top Lastly sprinkled saved biscuit crumbs and a few chopped walnuts on top..
