Refrigerator Cake
- 1 pkt malt biscuits (crushed)
- 1 tin crushed pineapple (strained)
- 150ml cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1+1/2 cups icing sugar
- saved pineapple juice
Spread into shallow tin lined with cooking paper.
Leave about 2 hours to set
Just before serving whip cream stiffly; add pineapple and spread on top
Lastly sprinkled saved biscuit crumbs and a few chopped walnuts on top..
