Creamy Cheesecake (large)



Suggested topping - Omega (or black doris) plums (tinned)


Melt butter add to biscuit crumbs and cocoa for base.


Mix together evenly;

Boil together 1/4 cup gelatine and 3/4 cup

Cool and add to cheesecake mixture

Add approx. 1 litre of whipped cream

Fold through mix with flavouring

Top with pureed fruit that has been thickened with a jelly (made with only enough water to dissolve) to suit the flavour

Set in fridge.
