Fudge Cake, Chocolate
Melt in a pot:
- 125grams butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1tbspn cocoa
Add:
- 1 pkt crushed super wine biscuits
- raisins and/or walnuts
- pure vanilla essence
Add:
Press into a 20cm x 15cm tin then set in the 'fridge
Double mixture fits a sponge roll tin
