Fudge Cake, Chocolate

Melt in a pot:

• 125grams butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1tbspn cocoa
  

Add:

• 1 pkt crushed super wine biscuits
• raisins and/or walnuts
• pure vanilla essence
  

Add:

• 1 large egg beaten
  

Press into a 20cm x 15cm tin then set in the 'fridge
Double mixture fits a sponge roll tin
