Chocolate Banana Cake - Microwave
- 2+1/2 cups self raising flour
- 100 grams butter (softened)
- 1+1/2 cups brown sugar sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
- half 225 gram tub natural yoghurt
Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs
Stir in sifted dry ingredients; then mashed bananas mixed with yoghurt.
Spread in a large ring container, cook on high 11 mins or two smaller containers for5 mins each.
- 3 egg whites
- 125 grams sugar
- 1+1/2 cups coconut.
Beat egg whites until quite stiff, fold in sugar and coconut.
Bake about 30 mins at 180C (350F)
