A History of Hair
I do confess:
  I have a phobia about cutting my hair. I actually hyperventilate and get dizzy when I even think about cutting my hair. Getting a trim is a much needed but dreaded task which I try my best to avoid. My aunts are constantly prodding me in the direction of cutting it off and straightening it. I refuse everytime they get on my case because of one major reason.
1. It's the only feature I posess that even gives me the slightest bit of individuality and to cut it all off and make curly straight would be trying to make me a differant person and since I am me and always will be no matter what anyone tries to do so there's no point - plus it's a part of me like a leg or arm and if I cut it it's like cutting off the last 7 years of my life. No way.

  Here's some pros and cons about keeping your hair the same length as Rapunzel's:
Pros:
  * you get compliments every single day, even when you think you resemble a lion.
  * you never look average
  * you can do all sorts of old-fashioned princess hair styles with the help of bobby pins and your imagination

Cons:
  * Frizz, can drown you and others within a 10 mile radius of you.
   * Gets caught on chairs, lockers, jackets, backpacks, other people, bushes, other people's backpacks and jackets, in car windows, wraps itself around your arms when swimming, and many other horrid scenarios.
   * Is not nearly as sophisticated as more practical kinds.
    * Recive flat out RUDE discrimination at beauty parlors.
   I also confess:
     It's a fabulous weapon, used in more ways than one.
