I assume that your fax machine is in your "private" office? Mine, however, is in a somewhat more public arena. It was only by great good fortune that the entire Luna Foundation did not come to know of your penchant for "home-grown fur" and "little pearly things".
By the way, you owe me a silk shirt to replace the one I was wearing when I read your missive. Between the coffee in one hand and the fax in the other, the shirt did not fare well.
Thank you for your very sound advice about Nick. You're right - and you're right about me as well. I'm on a tight rope, but I've got to hang on for just a while longer. Unfortunately, Tahiti is impossible, but Sydney is a promise.
