To the Honourable Members of the Ruling Council:
I hereby officially notify the Ruling Council of the Legacy
that Mr. Nicholas R. Boyle, the son of Maj. Robert Jonathan Boyle,
a deceased member of the San Francisco House, will be residing with
me on Angel Island for the foreseeable future.
Despite some minor legal problems, which my attorneys assure me
will eventually be satisfactorily resolved, it is my hope that Mr.
Boyle will decide to become a Legacy initiate. Should he choose to
petition for membership, I believe that his training as a U.S. Navy
SEAL will be an invaluable asset to this House and to the Legacy itself.
