Even little Perky Parakeet. Merlin and
Ollie are very close and like each other
very much. Both of them did give me a
little kiss and I tried to play with Merlins feathers and he let me.
I am the only bird who is nervous. None of the others are scared at all.
My new Mommy holds me in her lap and pets me now. Nobody ever let me sit in their lap but my new Mommy does. She cuddles me and pets me and

really think I'm gonna like living here and in a few days maybe I will stop shaking as much as I do and talk a little more. Today I have been stepping up for my Mom really good and I even asked her
to go on the playground with the other
birds after dinner when she put me on my own playstand. I let her know I wanna go somewhere by lifting my foot and holding
it up in the air and looking at Mom. She is really smart and knows how to take care of me. She feeds me great food too!!
